We want you to shine with confidence in your jewelry! If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 Return Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • In original packaging

    • In new condition

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings (unless damaged)

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Jewelry

If your jewelry arrives broken, defective, or not what you ordered:

  1. Contact us at savineatelier@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at savineatelier@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for the return

    • Photos, if applicable

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return instructions.

  3. Do not send returns to the manufacturer or warehouse address.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.

  • We recommend using a trackable service for your protection.
